Description:   Clinical Study Operations Analyst

 

Develop and maintain Clinical Study Operations website in Sharepoint

 

Sup****t CSO Functional Sourcing 

 

Manager in administration of study management FSP

 

Transition CTPO ****tal into SharePoint and administer site on behalf of
CSO

 

Sup****t technical infrastructure to collect and re****t CSO operational and
performance metrics

 

Develop and administer CSO website to sup****t global CSO and FSP partners

 

Administer CTPO ****tal and transition to SharePoint, leverage Plumtree
****tal technology

 

Manage CTPO ****tal communities

 

Develop, implement and administer CSO use of SharePoint

 

Develop collaborative web environment for CSO colleagues and FSP staff

 

Provide training and technical sup****t in implementation of ****tal and
website

 

Sup****t database development for CSO dashboard and metrics

 

Maximize CSO efficiency in use of Insight, including transition and
linking of legacy CSDM material

 

Administer study management FSP under direction of Functional Sourcing
Manager

 

Tracking and re****ting on CRO staff sponsored for CSO and on behalf of
outsourced studies

 

Troubleshoot IT/technical issues for 250+ FSP contractors and work with
CIT to ensure issues are resolved expediently and consistently for remote
staff

 

Sup****t implementation of digital signatures across FSP

 

Ensure 250+ FSP contractors acquire and maintain appropriate access to key
Pfizer systems needed to manage studies

 

Develop and re****t Project Assignment Lists integrated with CSO resourcing
data

 

Sup****t collection and re****ting of study management resource metrics
(efficiency, resource allocation, invoicing)
