FCG is seeking to accelerate its growth in the health plan/insurance
development practice.. We are interested in professionals with health plan
experience including project managers, business analysts, and system
analysts. Consulting experience preferred. Development project experience
is a bonus.
FCG is looking for candidates for both mid-level positions, managers, and
more experienced resources. The ideal candidates for these positions should
have:
• Project Managers: Demonstrated project management experience leading
large teams to medium teams ( 20 – 10 people) through process design,
development, configuration, testing, training, activation and go-live
sup****t
• Business Analysts: Ability to define and do***ent business processes
through functional requirements definition, prototyping, process modeling,
change management, business case development, and testing
• Systems Analysts: Proficiency in collaborating with technical team to
effectively gather requirements to develop technical specifications for
modifications and enhancement to existing systems or new systems.
Candidate must be willing to travel extensively – generally being on the
client site Monday-Thursday of each week.
