UML modeling

Health plan and Blue experience (3 plus years)
Responsibilities:
Lead translation of business process models across each domain or
business functional area into system architecture definitions & system
designs
Lead do***entation of information requirements / dependencies and
translate into technical detailed requirements
Lead translation of interaction diagrams for primary constituents
(member, provider, agent / broker, employer / groups, etc) into high level
technology requirements definitions, high level technology designs, and
detailed technology designs
Lead creation of use case details
Lead creation of other technical architecture artifacts by area
(application, information, integration, data, infrastructure, etc)
Bonus Skills:
Must be able to manage the team of TA's and understand level of detail
required to complete the tasks
Must have ability to use process modeling tools (IBM process modeler,
enterprise architect, Visio, etc.
Candidate must be willing to travel extensively generally being on the
client site Monday-Thursday of each week.
