FCG has an immediate op****tunity for a Business Analyst with over 3 years
of demonstrated success in delivering business requirements definitions and
process modeling. Candidate must have at least 2-3 years health plan
related work experience with demonstrable skills in functional health plan
areas including: enrollment, member service, provider service, claims
processing, benefits set up, billing and/or accounts receivable. Emphasis
in claims processing, enrollment, and billing preferred. Participation in
JAD sessions highly desirable. Call center experience a plus. A BA/BS
Degree, advanced degree, and/or relevant certifications are beneficial. Six
Sigma certification is a plus.
Business Analyst Principal Responsibilities:
Define and do***ent business processes through functional requirements
definition, prototyping, process modeling, change management, business case
development, and testing
Facilitate and collaborate with members of the working team to define
detailed processes
Collaborate with technical team to convert business requirement
specifications into technical design specifications to be used by the
technical team.
Provide an appropriate level of project management to ensure timely and
quality deliverables. Identify and communicate risks and recommend
solutions.
Assist in process implementation - provide training input and serve as a
resource to answer questions
Monitor process performance
Apply knowledge of development process including the development of
business requirements, functional designs and flows, use cases, process
modeling and user acceptance test scripts
Leverage do***entation skills and experience in building user scenarios,
use cases, process flow diagrams/descriptions, business requirements
do***ents, functional design do***ents, and user acceptance test scripts
Provides advice and consultation to help clients adopt best practice
aspects of the business process
Demonstrated leader****p, decision-making and team building skills.
Strong people skills and demonstrated attention to detail and problem
solving ability.
Quick learner, self-directed, motivated, and posses a strong dedication
and commitment level to assigned tasks.
Proficient at working in a fast-paced, collaborative, project-oriented
environment.
Candidate must be willing to travel extensively generally being on the
client site Monday-Thursday of each week.
