Health plan and Blue experience (3 plus years)
Responsibilities:
• Translate business process models across each domain or business
functional area into system architecture definitions & system designs
• Do***ent information requirements / dependencies and translate into
technical detailed requirements
• Translate interaction diagrams for primary constituents (member,
provider, agent / broker, employer / groups, etc) into high level
technology requirements definitions, high level technology designs, and
detailed technology designs
• Create use case details
• create other technical architecture artifacts by area (data, voice,
application, information, integration, infrastructure, etc)
Bonus Skills:
• Voice Channel specific TA's must have channel expertise with IVR/VRU
technology.
• Data Channel specific TA's must have channel expertise with data.
• Must have ability to use process modeling tools (IBM process modeler,
enterprise architect, visio, etc).
Candidate must be willing to travel extensively – generally being on the
client site Monday-Thursday of each week.
