Description: We are looking for a storage/SAN expert who enjoys working
with cutting edge technologies in an environment where excellent ideas
drive decision making. As a senior member of the company's IT department,
you will be working on the mission-critical systems and shared
infrastructure used to operate all of our research, trading, and back
office systems. This position is responsible for administering, operating
and maintaining the existing storage networking environment, as well as
assisting in researching, selecting and deploying new storage solutions.
Position Responsibilities:
Defining and executing ongoing administration and health maintenance
plans, procedures and operations
Advanced problem diagnosis and resolution
Moves, adds and changes to the SAN environment
Position Requirements:
Technical expertise in several of the following areas:
Storage Networking (SAN, NAS, iSCSI)
Storage: SnapView, EMC Clariion, MirrorView
College degree required. B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or
Mathematics preferred
EMC Proven Professional certification (or equivalent experience) a plus
MCSE or MCP certifications (or equivalent experience) a plus
