Description: Planning Analyst
Role sup****ts IS ****tfolio management process. The role will sup****t the
demand and elements of supply planning extending out further than one year.
This role will develop and implement process for financial re****ting of
the IS ****tfolio. This role will interface with the Supply and SAP Planners
and leader****p team to ensure ****tfolio and resource governance processes
are understood and embedded.
Each BI unit is sup****ting a functional or process area that is going
through a significant level of change to reach its end state organization.
The role is responsible for developing and embedding the re****ting
capabilities and processes for Central Planning. The role holder will be
required to liaise with a variety of internal customers and senior
stakeholders in order implement the process for functional and
cross-functional re****ting, and for gathering and scheduling and resource
data required to sup****t the planning and resource balancing processes.
The Planning Analyst sup****ts the Central Planning Manager by gathering,
analyzing and do***enting the demand for projects and resources. The
Planning Analyst also provides a shared service to the Planning Managers in
the BI verticals.

Provide the Global Supply, Marketing and Innovation, Back Office and Sales
BI IS teams with effective and efficient ****tfolio re****ting and plans to
enable them to sup****t the business in beating the competition. (This role
will focus 50% on Supply vertical and 50% on Resource Process Owner****p.)
Sup****t the development, alignment and prioritization of the resources
within the virtual pool. The Planning Analyst sup****ts the Planning
Managers in each BI team by gathering, analyzing, consolidating and
do***enting the demand for resources within the virtual pool.
Position Responsibilities:
Establish employee & contractor resourcing approach, process and tools for
the virtual pools
Work with Planner to ensure ****tfolio and resource governance processes
are understood and embedded within Supply
Gather data and prepare the integrated plan for all IS change programs
within the vertical
Provide ****tfolio and resourcing analysis within vertical and across
verticals
Draft communications on global IS planning decisions and priorities within
the vertical
Analyze resource forecast ****tfolio plan to ensure early identification of
issues and op****tunities
Position Requirements:
Graduate with strong analytical and planning skills.
IS experience in a large cor****ate environment.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate 5-7 years success in
both IS functional and team roles.
Must have project and resource planning experience and will be expected to
provide sup****t to the Business Partners as they sizing the projects in
terms of budget, resource requirements and fit with the SAP release
schedule.
The candidate must demonstrate the following functional capabilities: IS

Functional Governance -IS strategy into action, Organization and
management of IS function, Security and integrity management (CARM),
Financial Management Leveraging Organizational understanding
Understands IS Practices and Approaches, external competitor perspectives
commercial relation****p management IS contract development and management,
building co-operation, and negotiate with principles
Three Years MS Office Suite
Two Years Adobe Illustrator
Bachelor’s degree
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of project management
Strong understanding of technology and impacts of change
Proven organizational skills
