Project Sup****t
Description
The Project Sup****t position is an individual who has the primary
responsibility to assist with the management of ****tfolio for project
managers. The Project Sup****t position serves as the conduit between the
Research Informatics team and many organizations within Pharmaceutical.
These include common engineering, CIT, and the global ****tfolio management
group.
A Project Sup****t is involved at some level with all of the on-going
projects within the Lab Automation ****tfolio. These include the
management of financial data, project status and re****ting to various
groups in the organization.
Skills Needed

Analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information
gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level
information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more
general understanding, and communicate well
Writing skills, to communicate information effectively to
customers, managers, and technical staff
Organizational skills, to work with the vast array of
information and to cope with rapidly changing information
Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to
resolve conflicts
Knowledge Needed
An understanding of SDLC
Project financial tracking and scheduling
Technical a***en to understand the basic software and hardware
terminology
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Project and
Visio

Proactive in completing financial and project re****ting
Quality and accuracy of project re****ts
Timeliness of delivery
General Function: Sup****ts the project manager and project office.
Do***ents and monitors project tasks and schedule.
Capable of performing effectively in a team, or alone and unsupervised.
Communicates effectively with team members and management. May require
specialized pharmaceutical industry experience and/or knowledge of
particular products.
