Contract Last Updated: 03/19/2008 We are looking for JDs or paralegals with
experience in environmental litigation for a long term op****tunity with a
federal government agency. The successful candidate must have experience in
Federal or administrative litigation, including litigation under the
Administrative Procedure Act, NEPA and other environmental statutes.
Candidates should have working knowledge in the areas of air quality,
noise, compatible land use, biological resources, pollution, cultural
resources, natural resources, socioeconomic effects, ***ulative impacts,
and environmental justice. Job responsibilities will include legal
research, indexing, and do***ent control and organization, as well as
preparation and filing of the administrative record and index. Candidates
must be computer proficient, have strong experience in legal research and
writing, and experience in litigation sup****t software. The ideal candidate
has previously worked as a government contractor or within a government
agency. The entire project may last several years, but the client would
