General Summary Grows satisfied client relation****ps, expands product
offerings, maintains a profitable book of business, and implements and
integrates expanded products and new clients. Essential Functions .    
Retains and expands existing client relation****ps and is responsible for
the integration and implementation of new clients. .     Identifies key
decision makers and determines the services, products and combinations that
will best serve and address the client issues and     objectives. .    
Leads the development of custom solutions for the client. .     Ensures the
full scope of services are priced appropriately for client expansion
op****tunities. .     Presents the solutions to clients and negotiates
compensation effectively. .     Do***ents the scope of service and
compensation in a Client Service Agreement (CSA) by working with legal and
negotiating with client to execute     the contract.  .     Creates a
client-specific business plan in conjunction with colleagues to ensure
growth, retention, and cross-sell goals are met.  .     Coordinates
internal operational departments to ensure service levels meet or exceed
client expectations and protect the firm from Errors &amp;amp;    
Omissions (E&amp;amp;O).  .     Ensures quality of deliverables and
enforcement of critical deadlines through effective communication. .    
Leads communication between the client and the service team members locally
and nationally. .     Seeks feedback on Marsh&#8217;s execution of projects
and renewals through ongoing client dialogue.  .     Re****ts at-risk
accounts and executes client retention strategies.  .     Provides
assistance to the team by answering daily questions and providing ongoing
developmental training to team members, encouraging self-     directed
research.  .     Communicates with each team member, promoting and
encouraging a positive team atmosphere. .     Ensures that quality
standards are adhered to in all aspects of the practice and is responsible
for all contractual and regulatory compliance.  .     Works with compliance
dept to follow up and monitor quality standards. .     Travels extensively
and gives face-to-face presentations to current and/or potential clients.

Qualifications

Strategically manages complex accounts. Develops influential relation****ps
at the senior level of client organizations and within the community.
Consistently demonstrates a devotion to client service and develops and
promotes &#8220;best practices&#8221; with respect to meeting the overall
needs of Marsh Clients. Recognized as a leader within the organization.
Responsible for year over year growth of business through preservation of
renewal business, appropriate pricing, and a new and expanded goal with
experience and the budget goals of the organization. Position will require
management of other Client Executive staff. 

Proven insurance industry experience with individual and group insurance
products, preferably within the voluntary benefits and/or worksite arena . 
   Bachelor&#8217;s Degree .     Minimum of five years relevant experience
with background in client management, sales, or administration .    
Experience managing complex client relation****ps .     Ability to set and
manage client expectations .     Demonstrated ability to lead others and
follow-through on projects to completion .     Demonstrated ability to
function effectively as a team-oriented leader in a high visibility client
environment.  .     Ability to work independently and lead
cross-functionally .     Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and
strong problem solving skills .     Must demonstrate professional and
ethical business practices, adherence to company standards, and a
commitment to personal and professional      development .     Effective
written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to
communicate information concisely internally as well as externally with    
 satellite locations and external clients .     Demonstrated negotiation
and presentation skills .     Strong financial a***en and analysis skills .
    Proven project management skills with the ability to execute. .    
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver timely and
accurate work products with a customer service focus, and respond with a   
  sense of urgency as required .     Must demonstrate strong active
listening, sensitivity to audience, and follow-up skills .     Strong
computer skills and the ability to navigate through multiple systems
without assistance .     Proficiency in Microsoft Office .     Appropriate
license required and designations preferred      ** Military background
