7794 Job Description Applies process improvement and reengineering
methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.
Provides group facilitation, interviewing, training, and provides
additional forms of knowledge transfer. Key coordinator between multiple
project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering
efforts. Should apply as appropriate, activity data modeling, transaction
flow analysis, and internal control and risk analysis, modern business
methods and applies performance measurement techniques. Assist in the
establi****ng standards for information systems procedures. Develops and
applies organization-wide information models for use in designing and
building integrated, shared software and database management systems.
Constructs sound, logical business improvement op****tunities consistent
with cor****ate Information Management guiding principles, cost savings,
and system architecture objectives. Senior level supervisors provide daily
supervision and direction to staff.
Assist DoDIIS with managing business processes and organizational change
as a means for improving customer service and creating a world-class IT
organization. Thru Business Architecture framework, will assist the DoDIIS
to implement business process improvement efforts across the Enterprise in
coordination with the Chief of Staff. Articulate necessary change,
associated stakeholders and the implementation of changes that are a
critical component of implementing the to-be state as defined within the
business Architecture. Responsible for organizational functional
decompositions and business process modeling to sup****t the identification
of gaps and duplication of organizations performing key business functions.
This will include: Organization change management plan & deployment;
Organization Structure & Design; Six Sigma Process Improvement;
Evaluation of Roles & Responsibilities; Workforce Planning;
Stakeholder analysis; Stakeholder engagement strategy; Stakeholder
relation****p management plan; Organizational change profile; Internal
change readiness *****sment; Transformation incentives program. Required
Skills ***Applicants must hold an active Top Secret clearance in order to
