Job Description Job Summary: Save the Childrens Child Protection Unit is
engaged in a number of activities to strengthen the information and tools
related to child protection that are available to SC staff and programs
and to help the agency to plan strategically. The Do***entation and
Resource intern will compile tools and resources and prepare an annotated
list of them. He/she will sup****t an internal mapping exercise of child
protection programs/activities, and, if needed and time is available,
other information needs (e.g., identifying gaps in the practice of child
protection in emergencies).
Responsibilities and Tasks: (A) Coordinate with Program Coordinator to
complete a tools and resources • roundup? activity and with Program
Coordinator and technical staff to prepare an annotated list of these
tools and resources.
(B) Coordinate with the Sr. Director to compile information from an SC
child protection programming mapping exercise that will contribute to
strategic planning.
(C) Provide sup****t for other research and do***entation activities as
needed.
Deliverable: Tool/resource package and annotated list, child protection
program mapping do***ents and information.

Required Skills Qualifications: Masters
candidate in International Development, International Education, Public
