team is currently searching for a Senior Metastorm BPM developer.
Location: Wa****ngton, D.C. Relocation: No Performance Profile: - Passion
for automating business processes using the Metastorm BPM software suite
and a solid understanding of the full lifecycle of workflow design,
development, deployment, maintenance, and analysis. - Interact daily with
clients, system end users, and various IT personnel to sup****t the
development of new and existing Metastorm workflows. - Ability to serve as
a technical subject matter expert for a variety of professionals sup****ting
the implementation and deployment of various workflows. - Providing
technical guidance in sup****t of a BPM Center of Excellence, providing
Position-specific Requirements: - U.S. Citizen - Position requires an
active Top Secret clearance or above. - Four or more years of experience
developing and implementing automated processes in workflow software
applications, including at least two successful Metastorm BPM
implementations -Ability to lead development activities using Metastorm
BPM, including the integration of new processes to existing workflows and
new data sources Position Desired Skills: - Five or more years experience
working in a consulting or software development environment - A Bachelors
degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related
functional area - Experience sup****ting all SDLC phases for the
development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and analysis of a workflow
software application - Design custom workflows in Metastorm BPM Designer
and develop custom browser and server scripts - Experience integrating
various web services and custom controls into a SharePoint 2007 ****tal -
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals with
varying technical backgrounds - Ability to work in a team environment to
deliver results with tight deadlines - Additional technical experience
preferred: -SQL, Oracle (10g preferred), ETL design, SharePoint 2007 ,
.Net 2.0, Java, Metastorm Provision, Metastorm Implementation Manager,
Metastorm Insight
