Management Consulting Solutions Group is currently searching for a DoD
Enterprise Architect consultant with operational views experience.
Location/s: DC Metro Area Relocation: No Logistics: Travel requirement -
none Performance Profile . Sup****t the development of content and
artifacts for behavioral models (process models, use cases) describing MHS
war fighter and business activities and how information system solutions
will sup****t those activities and develop content and artifacts for
structural models describing all the parts of information system
solutions, how they are decomposed and how they relate to each other. .
Participate in and do***ent the development and maintenance of the MHS
Segment Architecture Structure, following the Federal Enterprise
Architecture (FEA) guidelines. . Sup****t the development of an MHS Future
State Enterprise Architecture Plan. . Sup****t the definition of processes
for establi****ng and maintaining a future state EA. . Sup****t the
identification of scope, goals, key stakeholders, required tasks and
required resources to achieve future state EA. . Develop and maintain the
MHS Architecture Framework. Position-specific Required Skills: . Knowledge
of and experience with the Department of Defense Architecture Framework.
(3+ years) . Hands on modeling experience using an Enterprise Architecture
tool (Telelogic System Architect preferred). (2+ years) . Working knowledge
of Enterprise Architecture Federation and reference model concepts. .
Working knowledge of Net-centric Operations Warfare concepts and
practices. . Working knowledge of Global Information Grid concepts and
Net-centric Data Strategy. . Understanding of the DOD 5000 Acquisition
process with particular knowledge of EA requirements. (1+ years) . 5+
years minimum industry experience. . Bachelors degree required. . Ability
to successfully secure an ADP/IT clearance/pass background check.
Position-specific Desired Skills: . DoD healthcare background/experience,
particularly with the Military Health Service or Tricare Medical Activity.
