The BearingPoint Law Enforcement Sector is currently searching for Federal
Data Architecture professionals at the Sr Consultant level. Location/s:
Wa****ngton, DC Relocation: no

Performance Profile/Position Description: . Individuals will be
responsible for working with a large government client as a part of a
BearingPoint team to develop Enterprise Architecture (EA) products and
apply them to guide the investment of a multi-billion dollar IT ****tfolio.
. Project focus area for team members will be either a specific layer of
the architecture (e.g., Business, Services, Data, etc.), an enterprise
service (e.g., Information Sharing, Records Management), or a segment of
the enterprise. . Candidates need to be motivated, detail-oriented
individuals with an interest in federal law enforcement and homeland
security operations, and willing to roll up his/her sleeves to get the job
done. . Needs to be able to think creatively and operate in a fast-paced,
changing and sometimes ambiguous environment. . Position involves high
profile conduct, coordination and analysis in interacting with a senior
federal client. . Enjoys being involved in the day-to-day details,
conducting research and analysis, and producing/editing EA do***ents. .
Seeking individuals to join our team with a client-focused and consummate
team player attitude.

Position-specific Required Skills: . 1+ years experience establi****ng
interoperability of information suites including: ****tals, Data
Warehouses, Business Intelligence, and Content Management. . 1+ years
experience with system design, data and process analysis, data modeling,
ERD and database design. . 2+ years experience applying EA frameworks,
such as FEA, DoDAF, TOGAF, or Zachman, to develop EA artifacts for federal
government agencies. . 1+ years experience conducting detailed analysis and
developing EA products. . Bachelors degree required. . Must have a TS/SCI
clearance.

Position-specific Desired Skills: . Bachelors degree in Computer Science,
Engineering, Management Information Systems or related field. Masters
degree a plus. . Ability to communicate effectively, facilitate working
sessions with client personnel and arbitrate between competing interests
to gain consensus. . Possesses excellent written and oral communication
skills. . Knowledge of EA *****sment frameworks such as OMB EAAF and GAO
EAMMF. . Understanding of information standards such as NIEM, GJXDM, ISO,
OMG, W3C, and OASIS. . Experience with EA repository/modeling software
such as System Architect or Metis. . Experience in applying EA to sup****t
IT Investment Management decision-making. . Developing and/or applying
governance frameworks for EA programs. . Experience with the SDLC process
and/or PMO experience for large-scale system implementations. Logistics: .
Minimal travel required outside the DC metro area, if at all. Almost all
work is performed onsite at the client in Northwest DC.
