Operations Center as Program Management Specialist. This position requires
one to analyze, design, and evaluate computer systems that address and
satisfy business requirements. Define systems objectives to meet user
requirements. Establish functional and technical specifications, do***ent
system parameters and formats, and solves hardware and software systems
compatibility issues. Analyze procedures and systems to refine their
formulation and converts them to programmable formats. Recommend
