Software Architect: Analyze HR requirements for a large DoD project using
DoD requirements do***ents, results of Comprehensive Analysts Teams
(CATs),
and other program requirements. Overall responsibility to ensure the
optimum
design, development and deployment of PeopleSoft HRMS and Payroll. Develop
standards and templates for do***enting and completing deliverables.
Review
deliverables. Determine design criteria to assist both functional and
technical staff. Review and sign off on test plans, criteria, and
scenarios
prior to execution. Sign-off on test results and work closely with Test
and
Evaluation Group to verify results. Work closely with Product Assurance
Group to ensure overall quality of SW product. Prepare presentations and
perform program analysis. Will work withe NGIT Lead SW architect on
execution of directed tasks and interaction with the client or third-party
agents.
Minimum Requirements: Must possess both functional and technical
experience
with PeopleSoft HRMS. Previous military background is a plus. Candidate
must
be able to obtain Department of Defense security clearance at the Secret
level.
