requirements. Leads creative team of Analysts and a Systems Engineer;
Defines and Analyze Client (Domain) Requirements; Analyzes Client
Function
(Domain) "To Be" ****tfolio Management (PfM) Process Concepts; Develops
Enterprise Level PfM Requirements; Constructs DoD Process Model; Defines
BEA/Feeder Components Processes & Tools; Leads construction of a formal
PfM
Guidebook deliverable; to contain detailed process descriptions and a
detailed process model delineating all roles and responsibilities; Works
directly with clients and teams to validate client perceptions;
Facilitates
solution design and requirements development sessions; Works to address
PfM
best practices; and provides two-way knowledge transfer to client
interest,
results, and response to aspects of our PfM Practice.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science or related
field) or equivalent, and ten years of related experience. Is able to
work
independently or as a project team lead responsible for providing
technical
guidance related to the business implications of the application of
various
systems. Ability to devise and/or modify procedures to solve the most
complex technical problems related to computer equipment capacity and
limitations, operating time and form of desired results. Able to create
detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Four years
experience with PfM in large organizations and two years experience with
PfM
Tools desired.
