2. User admin, NFS, kernel reconfiguration, volume management,
clustering
3. Unix Admin (AIX, Solaris, Linux, HP-UX) and NT/Win 2000
Administration
4. Shell/perl scripting skills (Java/Javascript a plus)
5. Excellent Communication skills - written and verbal
Travel Required : Up to 50 %

Leader****p-level, customer facing experienced consultants with hands
on design, development, and delivery experience for a core team with a
passion for making IBM customers successful with our SW. Requires
excellent communication skills (oral and written) for mentoring: among
our team and for our external clients. Intellectual capital creation
highly valued. Must have deep skills in system admin. and the desire
to expand that knowledge. Candidate must be prepared for 50% travel.
US Security clearance critical requirement for consideration; TS/SCI
and lifestyle poly. Significant experience with system management
tools required. Tivoli tool set (e.g., TEC, Configuration manager,
NetView, Tivoli Monitoring) preferred; however, experience with some
vendors tools (e.g., BMC Patrol, HP OpenView, Netegrity, RSA) is
mandatory. Major Field of Study: Any. 5+ year’s hands-on technical
experience. The following skills are necessary for this position: Unix
Admin (AIX, Solaris, Linux, HP-UX); User admin,NFS, kernel
reconfiguration, volume management, clustering; NT/Win 2000
Administration; TCPIP skills; Shell/Perl scripting skills
(Java/JavaScript a plus); System mgmt tools (Tivoli, BMC Patrol, HP
OpenView, Netegrity, RSA ...); Understanding of ITIL (IT
infrastructure Library), certification a plus; Web Server skills
(Apache, IHS preferred); WebSphere Application Server/J2EE; Database
skills (DB2, MS SQL, or Oracle); US Security Clearance; and
Communication Skills.
