Conceiving, managing and executing a broad based countermeasures program
consisting of multi-spectral detection and countering of hostile weapons.
The individual will assist in strategic planning, analyzing adequacy of
program direction, prioritization of efforts, and provide recommendations
directly to the Division Chief. In addition the individual will represent
the Division Chief at internal and external meetings pertaining to
Division
Business and perform other duties as assigned by the Division Chief.
Minimum requirements include a Bachelor of Science degree; 12-15 years
experience in multi-spectral, multi-discipline development of systems.
Specific orientation on methods to detect and counter weapon systems is
very
desirable. Experience should consist of: development; acquisition;
fielding; modeling and simulation; intelligence operations; and systems
engineering. Expertise in signals analysis; foreign instrumentation;
imagery; full motion video; operations analysis; testing and evaluation;
open architecture; distributed databases; and multimedia databases are
desired. Military background is highly desirable. Must be able to travel
CONUS and OCONUS approximately 30% of the time. Candidates must be able
to
obtain a DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level; however, an active
TS/SCI clearance is strongly preferred.
