Required Skills:
1. Must have experience integrating a comprehensive security program
with other IT initiatives and Federal requirements including:
a. Enterprise Architecture (EA)
b. Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC)
c. ****tfolio Management
d. Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA)
2. Candidate must know and understand the following:
a. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) guidance
b. Presidential Decision Directives (PDD)
c. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) guidance
d. Guidance from the Federal Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Council
3. Must have experience managing a team of security professionals
Job Duties:
1. Will be required to interface directly with government personnel
within and outside of the client organization
2. In addition, the successful candidate will be required in
interface with subcontractor team members and with other
contractors who may from time to time have competing interests
Job Description:
JMD Partners is seeking a Program Manager with experience integrating
a comprehensive security program with other IT initiatives and Federal
requirements. This position focuses on the overall implementation of
security and program integration. This position DOES NOT require
detailed knowledge of information technology hardware or systems. PM
will probably participate in a proposal effort as well, perhaps prior
to start date.
Little travel is required. Employment is based in Alexandria,
Virginia. Office location will be in or near Rockville, MD.
