A rare op****tunity to play a significant role in next generation or
microprocessor architectures! This leading R&D group seek a Senior
Research Engineer with an outstanding track record.
You should have a PhD or significant post-graduate experience in
modern microprocessor architectures and circuit design; and
specialist knowledge in areas such as: Operating systems, Algorithm
design, Circuit design, CMOS technology and low power design
approaches to dynamic and leakage current reduction, VLSI
(Synthesis/P&R, Custom CMOS design).
Experience in some of the following areas would be a distinct
advantage: On-chip interconnect, Semiconductor Physics,
Reconfigurable logic, Linux kernel, VHDL/Verilog, structured
programming languages (C++, Java, ML, Haskell), System-Level design,
SoC design flow (RTL to GDSII), Verification and Validation.
This position carries a good salary and extensive benefits package,
including relocation.
