The op****tunity to work for this global provider of control and
instrumentation solutions. As a member of their global Engineering
Projects team, the Project Leader will be responsible for:
Working with customers to analyze systems, identifying solutions and
appropriate products.
Identification of new product op****tunities through discussions with
customers and by market research.
t design requirements.
Identification and development of key technologies and their
application
Undertaking analysis to demonstrate functional and structural
performance.
Product and/or system design. Definition of system interfaces to allow
breakdown of larger design tasks
Management of internal and external (including offshore) design teams
in the development of New Products to cost and schedule.
Plan and manage product type approval test programmes
Sup****t to Manufacture and Sales organizations during the Product
launch phase of a project.
Key Requirements:
A good degree in Electronic Engineering with a minimum of 5 years
broad electronic design experience including: analogue, digital and
control system design. A knowledge of processor based designs and
embedded software would be an advantage.
Strong customer and commercial focus.
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to represent the Company in front
of customers.
Project Management skills to deliver a development programme to cost
and schedule.
Some international travel will be required as part of this job.
