Responsibilities:

- Identify client's requirements and advise on the best possible Notes
solutions to satisfy them by *****sing the vanilla solutions;
- Design new templates according to requirements and develop them
efficiently according to the required architecture;
- Identify bottlenecks in the users administration and propose
technical solution to achieve efficiency;
- Register/update/delete/certify users;
- Create/update/delete generic accounts and databases;
- Create/update/delete groups;
- Update ACL of mailboxes and databases;
- Liaison with Help Desk for user issues, access, registration and
certification;
- Troubleshoot user problems;
- Monitor Domino cluster, partitions, servers and tasks;
- Monitor mail delivery and replication;
- Liaison with Network group for Domino tasks monitoring;
- Help with on-going server migration;
- Troubleshoot Domino servers and messaging;
- Create and present statistical data and re****ts;
- Define his -her ****tion of the migration plan, identifying tasks and
dependencies; re****t on the status of the migration on a periodic
(daily basis). Identify issues and escalate them, identify risks and
propose mitigations;
- Attend Lotus Notes migration meeting, advise on issue resolution and
propose new approaches to technical problems;
- Stakeholder in the delivery of a successful migration.
