i need a webdeveloper to help me design this website, anyone intrested

its an e-commerce website, mainly deals with providing
virtual credit cards,
webdesigning in asp, database in sql , for storing username and
password they must be encrypted, and there should be no loopholes, as
security is my main concern
now coming to my requirements
(a) a sign up page(with password strenght indicator)
(b) login page
(c) an option for forgot password
customer needs to be verified , in following ways
(1)e-mail verification
(2) phone verification( using ivrs let me know the hardware
specification and code in c#)
(3)adding a bank account
Reference:- similar to "paypal add us accounts"
when customer pays activation fees of 50 rupees/ 1 dollar
show account has been activated
an option which indicates current balance
Now an option for making a virtual credit card
similar to hdfc netsafe
