position of General Manager to take care of the Operations of their
Miami location.
Responsibilities
=B7Assistance in the preparation and implementation of an annual budget
and a 5-year-plan.
=B7Direct and oversee each department's progress and development
against departmental goals.
=B7Mentor****p and guidance of departmental managers.
=B7Approve internal procedure changes, and look to suggest ways to
optimize performance
=B7Prepare monthly operations re****t to reflect departmental
achievement, challenges and business snapshot for the cor****ate
management team.
Qualifications:
=B7Successful management experience, preferably in a software company
=B7Analytical, conceptual, strategic and planning abilities
=B7Demonstrated leader****p with excellent communication skills
=B7Performance and bottom-line orientation
=B7Flexibility, ability to work under pressure with a prevailing
positive attitude
=B7Loyal and willing to integrate into the cor****ate culture
=B7Graduate degree in business administration, 5-10 years of practical
management experience with multiple departments and direct re****ts
=B7Familiarity with the logistics and customs brokerage processes an
asset.
