You will translate strategic business goals into operational strategies
and work plans. Works with functional leads and other team members
outside the function to achieve cross-functional goals. Applies
advanced and comprehensive functional knowledge to resolve complex
issues. Develops and implements changes to processes. Leads complex
projects or initiatives which impact a function, office, region/cluster
and may have responsibility for decisions that may affect them.
Develops, designs, and configures and do***ents modifications to all
modules
and in-house application software/utilities and automated processes
Develops code according to standards using proper development
environments and
tools such as versioning tools.
Design complex components or systems and take the lead in design of
very
complex systems.
Conducts unit testing of developed components and applications.
Resolves coding defects.
Participates in or conducts peer level configuration walkthroughs.
Writes life cycle do***entation (e.g. Analysis, requirements, design,
testing,
implementation)
Reviews/analyzes requirements; works independently from do***entation
and
initiates questions to effectively design and deliver work product.
Provides status information for assigned tasks.
Demonstrates some judgment in the identification and communication of
issues
on a timely basis for resolution. Accepts owner****p of issuers to
resolution or until the owner****p is transferred. Keeps current to
changes in technologies.
Work with sponsors to analyze and accurately form system requirements
for new
and existing systems. Participate in 3rd level sup****t and user
training when appropriate. Manage day-to-day operations and complex
processes
Research technical problems and assists with the troubleshooting and
resolution of design and sup****t issues. Maintain knowledge of
current/emerging tools and technologies and applies innovative
solutions to work assignments
Maintain and enhance existing applications, and provide sup****t and
produce
high quality do***entation in sup****t of the development work done.
Contribute technical sup****t to Sup****t Team issue resolution in either
sup****t
or testing or implementation. Responsible for overall success of
projects and/or ongoing operations of an application(s), managing all
phases of the project life cycle following established project
management standards and best practices.
Requirements:
BSCS or equivalent 4 year degree.
SAP Configuration experience.
5+ years experience in ABAP
7+ years experience with complete software development lifecycle
(analysis
through deployment)
5+ years design and development of multi-tier software applications
4+ years experience with SAP WAS J2EE Engine 6.20.
4+ years experience with SAP (ABAP, BAPI and tRFC).
Experience with Oracle, SQL Server and/or other leading RDMBS and SQL
tuning.
2+ Years experience with SAP JCo.
At least 1 year experience with Web Services and SOAP, including XML,
XSD, and
XSL/XSLT.
Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without requiring
sponsor****p or a visa transfer.
