You will be re****ting to QA Coordinator. You will coach, train and
develop Associates on safe operating practices, quality of process/
products and autonomous & preventative maintenances.
You will be responsible for and accountable to accurate re****ting and
communication of daily SMQCD results, facilitating your team=92s
continuous improvement ideas, and training and developing your team.
Priorities will include Production sup****t through Process knowledge
development, Counter Measure implementation and validation, Testing of
Process/product, and Data analysis/preparation of key performance
indicators (ie., OEE, D/time, Scrap).
Your knowledge of manufacturing process is thorough and you possess
excellent interpersonal and coaching skills to build team spirit to
continuously improve our quality of work.
Required skills include but are not limited to:
=95 Failure Mode and Effect Analysis
=95 Attention to Details
=95 Problem solving Methodology (5P, 8D)
=95 Statistical Process Control
=95 ISO/QS-9000/TS Fundamentals
=95 Blueprint Reading and CAD experience
=95 Computer literacy
=95 Some PLC programming and Robot Teaching
Other assets would include exposure to and experience using a
Coordinate Measuring Machine as well as leader****p and training
experience.
