Job Description: Our Client is an automotive components manufacturer
of stamped and welded metal parts located in Southern Ontario. Due to
phenomenal growth, they require Technical Associates that will be
responsible for the industrial maintenance of the stamping presses
efficiently and effectively in a non-unionized manufacturing
environment.
Accountabilities: Working closely with the ****ft Team Leader and
re****ting to the Technical Coordinator, you will be:
=84X Maintaining the stamping presses at the facility
=84X Troubleshooting of motors, drives, servos and PLCs
=84X Involved in the planning of maintenance schedules
=84X Training Associates on basic maintenance skills and tools, AM & PM
activities and equipment operation
=84X Responsible for equipment & program do***entation
=84X Leading equipment projects
=84X Troubleshooting daily technical issues
=84X Participating in continuous improvement of the environment

Skills and Experience Required:
=84X Post-secondary education in Engineering or Engineering Technology
=84X Predictive & preventative mechanical maintenance capabilities
=84X Knowledge of PLC programming
=84X Sound knowledge of robotic welding and stamping processes
=84X Excellent leader****p, organizational and interpersonal &
communication skills
=84X Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
=84X Flexibility to work rotating ****fts and be able to participate in
any available overtime
=84X Demonstrate willingness to learn
=84X Safety conscious with an excellent attendance record.
