JOB TITLE: SOX Auditor / Sr. Financial Analyst
LOCATION: Huntsville, US-AL
JOB TYPE: Direct
SALARY : $60000 - $65000

DESCRIPTION:
$10 billion tier-one supplier of automotive and electrical-electronic
systems
and components with applications covering gasoline and diesel powertrain
systems, safety and body electronics, electric motor drives and interior
and
infotainment systems, looking to hire a SOX Auditor / Sr. Financial
Analyst.

Primary Function: Ensure compliance with internal SOX 404 processes and
procedures.  Assists in performing financial analysis as required. 
Performs
other duties as assigned.

Job Duties:

1.) Set up and maintain SOX 404 master control manual, along with the
corresponding on-line do***entation.
2.) Process changes to master control manual as requested, making sure
proper
approvals are obtained and master do***entation is updated.
3.) Do***ents during the review process that local on-site do***entation
is
current and corresponds to master do***ents.
4.) Performs and do***ents detailed reviews of selected processes in
various
locations to ensure compliance with control policies and procedures.
5.) Prepare a compliance re****t for local management detailing the
findings of
the compliance testing.
6.) Review findings with local Plant management staff.
7.) Coordinate and assist local staff with corrective action plans to
address
deficiencies or findings noted during review.
8.) Follow up with local staff to make sure corrective actions plans have
been
implemented.
9.) Other miscellaneous duties as required or directed.

Educational Requirements: Minimum Bachelors Degree in Accounting or
Finance

Experience: 3 - 5 years financial analysis and 1 year Sarbanes-Oxley
compliance
testing.
