JOB TITLE: Sr. Financial Analyst
LOCATION: Huntsville, US-AL

SALARY : $58000 - $68000
DESCRIPTION:
$10 billion tier-one supplier of automotive and electrical-electronic
systems
and components with applications covering gasoline and diesel powertrain
systems, safety and body electronics, electric motor drives and interior
and
infotainment systems, looking to hire a Sr. Financial Analyst.
Position Responsibilites:
Financial Analysis
Compile and analyze financial information from all divisions of the
organization and develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, re****ts, and
presentations.
Development of financial information through Project and Cor****ate teams,
cross
functional teams throughout the organization.
Ensure adherence to company guidelines, policies and procedures.
Assist in the coordination of analysis activities such as:
Actual to forecast variance explanations
Intradepartmental and Cor****ate allocations
Manufacturing ART actual and planning development and analysis re****ting
Capital Investment development, planning, and analysis
Planning/Re****ting
Assistance and preparation of the annual budget and strategic plan.
Assistance in the preparation of re****ting data for SEC filings,
consolidations, internal re****ting, accounting research, special projects
and
ensuring company is compliant with Sarbanes-Oxley.
Assist in the design, do***entation, and implementation of various
integrated
systems and applications for periodic and ad hoc financial re****ting,
utilizing
data from SAP and other re****ting databases.
Collaborate and coordinate components of the organization to ensure
consistent
re****ting and adherence to company re****ting regulations and guidelines.
Analyze, design, do***ent, and implement internal financial re****ting
systems
and procedures for the organization or business entity.
Miscellaneous
Assistance to design, coordination, and implementation of training
programs
for personnel within the organization and its components regarding the
nature
and application of accounting, budgeting, and business policies and
procedures.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education:
BA in Finance or Accounting
MBA in Business with emphasis in Finance or International Business
preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in financial analysis and re****ting.
Manufacturing environment.
Manufacturing financial analysis.
Skills:
Proficient level in PowerPoint and Excel skills including Vlookup and
Sumif
functions. Ability to develop and create Pivot table re****ts.
Ability to plan, implement, and administer financial information and
control
systems
Team Player, Self Starter, Highly motivated and assertive
SAP system and Siemens customized ART re****ting system experience strongly
preferred.
Strong overall understanding of company policies, procedures, and
guidelines.
Ability to compile, analyze, interpret, and present complex annual
financial
re****ts, statements, and/or projections.
