JOB TITLE: Field Service Technician (Machine Tool)
LOCATION: Huntsville, US-AL

SALARY : $40000 - $65000
DESCRIPTION:
Perform a variety of field service duties to install, maintain and repair
a
range of standard machine tool products at customer plant locations,
involving
mechanical
and electrical operations. MUST HAVE a strong milling/turning background.
Works
from assignments, instructions and planned schedules to arrange call
schedule
for servicing machines and accessories at customers' plant. Work involves
installation of machines and attachments, repair of damaged or defective
machines, and the general maintenance of machines under warranty or
service
policies. Diagnose trouble, tear down and replace worn or defective parts
and
mechanisms, re-assemble and try out. Arrange for obtaining parts of units
required for repairs through established procedures.
MANDATORY EDUCATION: Associate of Science
