BS DEGREE IN BUSINESS, ENGINEERING, MANAGEMENT OR RELATED FIELDS 4
YEARS IN
MATERIAL CONTROL OR MATERIALS MANAGEMENT APICS CERTIFICATION A PLUS
SUPERVISION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Selected candidate will be responsibile for the Material Control function
which
will include: improving and streamlining the material handling process;
the
development of do***entation of standard work as it relates to Material
Control; develop specific performance metrics to include: on-time delivery
to
production; first pass yield; inventory management; safety/5S and cost
control;
develop and implement visual replenishment process and systems, such as,
Kanban,VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory), parts kitting,and cycle count
automatic
replenishments; value stream mapping; Kaizen events; and the day-to-day
efficent management of the Material Control function of the company.
