DESCRIPTION:
Our client, a coffee roaster with a national presence and a superb
reputation,
is seeking a Branch Manager - Food Services for its North Alabama
operation.
The Branch Manager's position is a Hands On management function that
requires
commitment, participation and a dedication toward people, customers, route
operation and sales growth. An attitude dedicated to doing Whatever It
Takes
to get the job done. Re****ting to the District Manager the Branch Manager
supervises 1 Service Technician and 3 Route Drivers. The main areas of
responsibility are: Employee Development, Sales Growth, Planning, Customer
Relations, Service (Equipment and Product), Budget Control, and Safety.
This
position requires someone who can successfully manage and motivate a small
team
of employees to achieve sales and service goals while also representing
the
company in the community. The Branch Manager should be an upwardly mobile
manager who desires to promote into the District Managers position.
MANDATORY EDUCATION: Bachelor
