Spanish or ****tuguese BILINGUAL - Job Functions: Accounting,
Banking/Brokerage, Finance - We seek a qualified professional to
direct and lead the external financial re****ting and accounting
policy functions of the Bank. The position will ensure
consistency with all relevant policies, regulations and statutes
governing the Bank's business. Responsibilities include managing
a small team of individuals, managing and sup****ting the external
auditing firm relation****p, and managing SEC re****ting and other
external re****ts required from by the Bank's Board of Directors
and/or senior management. *Undergraduate or graduate degree in
Accounting; CPA required *10 years of public accounting,
business and management experience *Knowledge of GAAP accounting
and SEC filing and disclosure requirements *Ability to work in a
team environment *Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in
writing with all levels in the organization and across Bank
functions The Home Loan Bank is a privately owned government
sponsored enterprise established in 1932 with $49 billion in
