Banking/Brokerage, Finance, Management - Director, Real Estate /
Mortgage - We have an exciting op****tunity to become responsible
for directing and managing the Bank's Affordable Housing Programs
(AHP) and Community Investment Cash Advance (CICA) programs. This
position will develop and maintain policies and procedures
related to AHP and CICA programs; ensure the Bank's compliance
with statutory and regulatory requirements and a sound control
environment; manage the relation****p with the Affordable Housing
Advisory Council; and hire, train, coach and develop the
Affordable Housing Programs team. *BA or BS degree in finance,
business or community investment related field. JD preferred
*Minimum of 10 years of management experience, preferably in
lending or affordable housing development *Ability to analyze
financial statements, budgets and complex operating programs and
determine feasibility of community lending projects and programs
*Knowledge of financing/structuring techniques commonly used to
construct affordable housing projects *Knowledge of project
development and underwriting *Knowledge of housing programs, tax
credit financing and nonprofit development requirements and
limitations *Knowledge of Excel, Word and Access The Home Loan
