Job Functions: Engineering - Other - Position Summary:Supervises
hourly staff providing facilities maintenance and engineering
services to clients. Responsible for work force planning, QA
training, and administrative functions of the designated area of
supervision. May re****t to GM in smaller accounts, or to an Ops
Manager in a larger account, or to another manager level.Typical
Knowledge and SkillsEntry level managers role requires some
related experience in facilities/ engineering including
sufficient technical expertise but little/no experience in a
management role. Typically has fewer direct re****ts, receives
more direct coaching/counseling from immediate supervisor and has
less autonomy op****tunity for independent decision making.
Typical EducationHigh school diploma Typical Related
Experience2-4 years Required Degree / CertificationN/A plus years
experience in HVAC systems, steam boilers, chillers and
electrical systems. License or certification a PLUS. Please
