We have a new opening for a qualified individual to perform
research and analysis related to credit and collateral risk
associated with pledged and purchased mortgage related assets as
well as to develop and implement monitoring and re****ting
processes. The Home Loan Bank is a privately owned government
sponsored enterprise established in 1932 with $49 billion in
assets. The Bank offers competitive salary and benefits

salary history EOE. Position Requires: * BS/BA in Finance,
Mathematics/Statistics or applicable work experience *
Statistical modeling experience * 3+ years experience in
mortgage asset analysis, including structured and/or
securitization analysis * Superior P.C. skills including
Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Access and extraction of data
from databases * Good written and verbal communication skills
