Hello!
My name is Konrad Pawlus, I come from Poland and I'm going to relocate
to Ireland.
I finished studies on AGH - one of the best technical universities in
Poland, on Computer Science department, where mathematic and statistic
were very im****tant. I had excellent final grades and scholar****p. My
final grades average was 4.68.
For last five years (3,5 during studies and 1,5 postgraduate) I have
been working with financial researches. As result of my work I have
depth knowledge of stock markets and macro economical researches.
I introduced many individual ideas for data mining in companies which I
was working for (Systems which I designed and developed are described in
attached do***ent).
Companies In which I was working were small, but very specialized, so I
have been working with all aspects of delivery statistical and financial
researches, from design and develop tools to business contacts with
clients (DWS Investments Poland, Raiffeizen Bank Poland - dealing room,
PKO BP, PeKaO SA, KGHM SA and many other huge companies). I was
developer and manager in "one person". I had many meetings with
described clients management groups on which I introduce them our
products and discussed technical parts of those.
I know many statistical methods. For last 5 years I have been working
in design and develop unique tools for mathematical and computational
finance and economics, optimization and non-linear analysis (f.e. FFT in
comparison for data series and other). Many of this methods are unique -
I don't know if they are used any where else.
My chosen achievements:
o Development of BFS Data Miner - tool for time series analysis and
prediction (main software developer, IT Project manager). Relation****p
with clients, analysis of requirements.
o Design, programming and maintain DB system for macro economical data
provided by EcoWIN (over 180 000 macro economical data series) /XML,
MySQL, Borland Delphi 2005 + Zeos DBO/.
o Development of OBLIGACJE NSP - Polish bond prediction system (main
software developer, IT Project manager).
o Home finance management application: Interesik 2005

o ISWKP - application for improvement of stock ****tfolio selection (My
masters degree work).
I have experience with XML and huge databases (e.g. EcoWIN from Sweden).
I have great willingness to learn new technologies and to improve
knowledge.
