SQL Developer

Description:

SQL Developer to work on the eHARS Project with NCHSTP/DHAP/SDMB. The
eHARS SQL/Conversion Developer will provide SQL development and data
conversion services to develop key eHARS database interface and data
transfer components and to assist conversion teams to convert project
area legacy HARS data from PRODAS to an eHARS SQL Server database using
SQL, SQL Server tools (e.g., DTS), and potentially SAS tools, SAS'
development language(s), and, Java or Visual Basic/.NET. No relocation
assistance provided, no pension plan offered.Required Skills: Must be
proficient working with SQL language, SQLServer databsases and related
tools. Must understand the im****tance of data cleansing and how to
clean existing data in a customer environment Rational Product Suite -
some experience and knowledge is a plus Additional Desired
Skills/Pluses: SAS Base and SAS Macro (both on version 8+) and using
SAS functions and array processing are a plus for data conversion and
data manipulation, but are not required for this position. Knowledge of
and some proficiency with Dataflux and Java are highly desirable.
Educational Requirements: BS/BA required, MS/MA desired, [Major: CIS,
IT] 7+ Years of experience in lieu of degree
