Job Description:
We are looking for a experienced SQL DBA.
Required Skills:
Experience with log ****pping, database mirroring and SQL Server
replication.
Experience in query optimization, performance monitoring, security
administration, capacity planning and trouble shooting.
Understanding of different DB Backup strategies and restore
methodologies.
Experience in database programming using T-SQL and writing stored
procedures, triggers and DTS jobs.
An understanding of UNIX scripting would be helpful but is not
required.
Experience in creating, managing, and monitoring automated jobs and
data migration using DTS Services.
Experience in implementation, administration and production sup****t of
SQL Server and Sybase.
On-call sup****t and regularly scheduled nightly production installs
