Our client is a leader in their industry and they are looking for a
Senior Training Business Analyst to join their cor****ate WMS training
as they continue implementing WMS and related systems to their
existing as well as new distribution centers and warehouses.
This position is responsible for creating and delivering successful
training programs for internal clients. This includes development of
training strategy, delivery of user training and involvement with
various application platforms- both in-house proprietary software and
3rd party vendor packages.
This position is located in Houston, TX and relocation is included.
Salary ranges up to $76k with a 10% bonus. Great benefits include an
extra 2 days a month off.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in developing training to sup****t deployments
of software applications.
- Understanding of Instructional Design Methodology and Adult Learning
Theory.
- Previous experience in with Adobe Captivate, Flash, or other web-
based training tools a plus
- Must have WMS experience
