our Technical Assistance Center and desires to be a strong leader and
future partner (5 years) in our company!
Our client is a fast-growing, yet well established firm (over 25
years) in Cleveland, OH that is the leader in monitoring and securing
technology infrastructures for small to large environments. Salary
ranges up to high 60's with a 10-15% bonus. Relocation is provided.
The Technical Assistance Center Manager is a key position in our
company -leading the managed services side of our business. This
newly created position will help establish standard process in our
service center, help with the selection of a new remote monitoring
package and migration to that package, mentor employees and
appropriate resources wherever appropriate. This Manager will also be
responsible for the 24/7 team that services our clients - a very
im****tant task!
Requirements:
- Good technical Desktop technical skills (Microsoft) but even more
im****tantly, strong functional skills
- Must be able to manage others and have experience doing so (leads,
etc)
- OpenView experience a plus (or other 3rd party remote monitoring
packages)
