KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Self motivated staff member of Fabless Process Technology Group. Work
on the development and introduction of advanced CMOS process
technologies of 90nm and 65nm generation and beyond for world-leading
graphics chips. Work with Clients foundry partners to develop and
evaluate leading edge semiconductor processes. Work with internal
teams, including IC design and product engineering to contribute to
introduction of new graphics product families utilizing
state-of-the-art CMOS process technologies. The job will involve
advanced process technology development with foundry, foundry interface
role, device analysis and characterization, process debug and product
yield enhancement work and interface with IC Design teams.
REQUIREMENTS
-BSEE/MSEE is a must
-PhD in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Physics or Materials
Science with specialization in solid-state electronics is desired
- 4-5 years minimum relevant deep-submicron experience in a major
semiconductor company (IDM or fabless)
- Knowledge of CMOS semiconductor process requirements and
capabilities.
- Strong background in semiconductor devices including CMOS transistor
design, characterization and optimization.
- Experience of foundry interface work with leading technology foundry
companies.
- Knowledge of test chip layout and process/device simulation work.
