The Op****tunity

Building upon your successful software sales track record, you will
promote
and sell our best of breed software products and services in your assigned
sales territory. In true "sales hunter" fa****on, you will prospect,
generate
and cultivate new leads in your region and expand our presence in our
target
markets by effectively communicating our unique value proposition. In
addition, you will leverage existing customer relation****ps by seeking new
op****tunities for our cor****ate solution and provide ongoing sup****t
towards
ensuring overall satisfaction and a long term relation****ps.



Your Specific Responsibilities

·          Sell and market our cor****ate unique solutions in an assigned
territory, building a pipeline of qualified prospects and consistently
achieving and/or exceeding your assigned quotas and revenue objectives

·          Perform sales forecasting; account planning and other related
sales tasks to grow assigned business profitably

·          Thoroughly analyze and understand current and potential
customers'
needs and objectives in order to successfully determine the appropriate
cor****ate solution and create compelling sales positioning capitalizing on
the strengths that will meet those needs and objectives

·          Source and stay abreast of competitive industry and market
intelligence, providing feedback for lead generation, to sup****t
recommendations, for sales positioning and to identify developing
op****tunities.



Your Unique Value Proposition

·          University or College Degree backed by a minimum of 5 years
relevant experience in  enterprise software sales

·          Demonstrated experience working with large accounts

·          Skilled at cold calling and prospecting to identify new
business
op****tunities

·          Expert knowledge of the Sales Cycle and Strategic Solution
Selling techniques, backed by exceptional quota exceeding sales
performance.

·          Skill at overcoming objections, negotiating and closing the
sale

·          Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide
spectrum of customers including C-level  executives

·          Experience, familiarity  and ability to understand and clearly
articulate knowledge of various database technologies and enterprise
software,

·          Polish and professionalism in delivering presentations to
executive groups, customizing to suit the audience

·          Strong business a***en, ethics and high integrity

·          Resilience and ability to handle stressful situations
effectively
while managing several tasks effectively.

·          Demonstrated ability to work independently and partner
effectively within and outside your immediate team to achieve desired
business results
