Unicenter Specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Replace proprietary tools with CA Unicenter's tools set (SDO,RCO and
AMO)
Build server and perform OS Installation
Interface with local IT groups when local hands-on assistance is
required.
Assist Systems Integrator with solutions and deployment specifically on
the CA Unicenter
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Must have:
Proven experience with CA Unicenter Software Delivery (SDO) Remote
Control (RCO) Asset Management
Previous experience in TNG is an asset
Experience in the sup****t of infrastructure (Hardware, Software &
Network)
Experience in Service Desk
FLUENT IN FRENCH an asset.
Excellent communication, negotiation and diplomatic skills
Ability to maintain contacts with multicultural and multinational
participants
MCSE 2000 or 2003 or adequate proven experience
Perm job in Montreal, max pay up to 75K
