Middleware Specialist, J0906-0572 Contract
TRM Technologies Inc. requires the services of a Middleware Specialist.
Job Type: Contract
Location: Toronto Region
Responsibilities:
..Extensive experience in deploying/verifying/optimizing WebSphere in
network
Deployment mode
..Experience in load testing Websphere in Network Deployment mode.
..Experience in writing technical proposals (recommending deployment
architecture, optimization methods and techniques etc)
..Ability to do***ent complex setup/process/procedure
..Experience in installing, configuring and optimizing ClearCase
..Good experience in integrating ClearCase with Rapid Application
Developer
(RAD)
..Experience deploying/optimizing Rational products such as Rose, Robot,
etc.
..Experience in conducting load/stress test in Websphere Network
deployment
environment.
..Experience in Technical mentor****p, coaching and in knowledge transfer.
..Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills; verbal
and written communication skills; interpersonal skills

Network Deployment of Websphere Product in Integrated Testing environment
- Analyze Existing Environment and Business Requirements
- Do***ent Deployment Recommendations
- Execute Recommendations
Load Testing of Network Deployment in INT environment
- Setup Load Testing software
- Do***ent setup/process/procedure
- Conduct Load Test
Network Deployment of Websphere Product in Production environment
- Analyze Existing Environment and Business Requirements
- Do***ent Deployment Recommendations
- Execute Recommendations
Load Testing of Network Deployment in Production environment
- Setup Load Testing software
- Do***ent setup/process/procedure
- Conduct Load Test
ClearCase
Implement Clearcase for Developers
- Develop/Do***ent Recommendations for Deployment
- Install, configure Clearcase product
- Integration with RAD
Clearcase for Non-development environment
- Develop/do***ent recommendations for deployment for generic use
- Integration with other Do***ent Repositories (MS Project Server/Clarity)
Rational Products
- Understand OHFS Processes
- Develop/Do***ent Recommended deployment
