Midwest Region. RE****TS TO: Midwest Region Fleet Manager OBJECTIVE: The

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: =B7 A bachelor's degree along with
three to five years of field sales, sales management or relevant
related experience is typically required. A Master's degree is a

truck tire and/or maintenance experience is a plus. Proven negotiation,

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: =B7 Responsible for revenue

Selling entire continuum of Programs, Services, Information and
Products (PSIP), including Total Outsourcing (TMS). =B7 Manages
business relation****ps with our fleet customer's upper management
group. =B7 Communicate fleet development plans to affected personnel
and dealers. =B7 Coordinates training with Fleet Development Managers
(FDMs) for fleet and dealer personnel on TTM and TMS processes. =B7
Maintain good understanding of financial model. =B7 Understands who the
competition is and what products and services they offer. =B7 Captures
and continually updates fleet information into the Global Customer
Management System (GCMS). =B7 Understands resources that can provide
value to our fleet customers. =B7 Maintains knowledge of trans****tation
industry and segment issues. =B7 Maintains knowledge of tire
