I have a op****tunity looking for the following:
Role: One (1) Part time Project Manager
Phase 1: Estimated 25 days over the course of 2 months.
Phase 2 (possible): Estimated 60 days over the course of 6 months.
Project Location: Must be located in Montreal or Toronto
Duration: 2 to 8 months (see SOW)
Start Date: A.S.A.P.
End Date (phase 1): 2 Months later.
End Date (phase 2): 6 Months after end of Phase 1 (possible extension).
Bilingual: An asset
Travel requirements: Limited travel across Canada
1. Skills required
a.. Project Management experience of at least 5-10 years in the
implementation of I.T. systems.
b.. Technical experience with the development of IT systems and database
solutions.
c.. Analytical skills to identify gaps, deficiencies and develop
technical
solutions
d.. Ability to establish and maintain relation****ps with multiple
stakeholders and resolve conflicts and issues demonstrating strong
negotiation, communication, and facilitation skills.
Information
Part-time Project Manager for the above listed project
(up to 25 days in Phase 1, with possible extension up to 60
additional
days.)
Description of work:
Provide Project Management and Consulting Services that may include,
but are not be limited to:
a.. Develop Project Management Deliverables including Project
Charters, Budgets, Work plans and Statements of Work;
b.. Actively participate in needs *****sment, requirements
analysis,
data analysis, database design, and re****t design.
c.. Prepare Infoway required project templates and re****ts;
d.. Assist with incor****ating the requirements of the CHI business
lines within the project structures;
e.. Provide project monitoring and oversight for assigned project,
including preparation of regular project status re****ts, management of
financial re****ting, identification of risks and issues, and do***entation
and escalation of risks and issues to Infoway Program Management
a.. Create presentations and communication do***ents to sup****t
the
ongoing approval and management of the assigned project.
b.. Represent the sponsors as a key liaison with other internal
departments and project teams and manage the day to day relation****p with
internal stakeholders.
