Project Leader, J0207-0639 Contract TRM Technologies Inc. requires the
services of a Project Leader.

Requirements:
-Define and deploy tools
-Assist project teams in the application of the SDM deliverables acting in
a
mentoring capacity relative to process, techniques and tools, where
required.
-Strategize with IMTB and Business area Directors and Managers to sup****t
them in project re****ting to senior management through the PPM processes.
-Strategize with the Planning and Architecture Directorate, specifically
the
Client Relation****p Managers, Cor****ate Architects and ITIP resources as
required.
-Assist in the definition and do***entation of the PDO project ****tfolio
framework.
-Assist with the development of required project deliverables for the
development and deployment of the project ****tfolio framework.
-As assigned, be engaged as an active member on appropriate committees,
sub-committees or work groups.
-Assist in creating the appropriate do***ent storage structure in the PPM
that will be useful for all of IMTB and its clients. This includes
identifying do***ents currently stored in Livelink that need to be moved
into the PPM storage. The goal here is to retire Livelinkl
Skills and Experience:
..Experience defining and implementing system engineering development /
project management methodologies and best practices
..Experience in a project management role within a government project
environment for a variety of project types and sizes
..Experience managing projects using a variety of methodology patterns
(waterfall, iterative, Agile etc.).
..Experience as a member of an IMIT project team
..Knowledge of current approaches and principles applied to project
****tfolio
management
..Experience in mentoring activities within an informatics development
project environment
..Experience developing and delivering presentations to all levels within
an
organization
..Experience defining and deploying web based collaborative environments
..Experience creating process models using BPMN conventions
..Experience developing performance measurement processes and systems
